Open Aether and tap the Ask tab (the ◎ icon in the bottom navigation). Type any civic claim, policy question, or public assertion and tap Ask Aether →. Results appear in 15–30 seconds.

Your question text is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate structured evidence and analysis. No personal information — no username, email, or device identifier — is attached to this request.
Aether is local-first. All audit results are stored only on your device. Aether does not store your questions on any Aether-operated server in the standard build.

To delete all locally stored data (Profile → Settings → Delete All Local Data → Confirm):
If you have a server-side account in an operator-hosted deployment, email support@aether-civic.app to request deletion of your server-side account data.
Tap the Profile tab (◣ icon, bottom right) → Settings sub-tab. The Privacy Policy link is in the Privacy Policy card at the top of Settings.

When you first open Aether, the Agora feed is pre-populated with sample posts labeled [DEMO]. These are seeded example posts that show what the feed looks like with content. They are not real user posts.
No. Aether does not use advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, crash reporting, or cross-app tracking. There are no ads. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is not triggered because Aether does not track users.
